Parades & Special Events Permits

Overview

A permit from the City Manager’s office is required for street assemblages, parades and processions (other than funeral processions) on any City roadway and for open-air assemblages and out-of-door meetings lasting longer than 10 hours and at which more than 100 people are expected to attend.
