How do I find e-mail addresses or phone numbers for City departments?

We have provided a City of Fairfield department directory for your convenience.

This directory can be searched by department or employee name and will provide email addresses and telephone numbers.

How do I get my group's event included on the City of Fairfield's community calendar?

The City welcomes the submission of community events to include on its community calendar.

We'd like to know about any events open to the public that Fairfield residents might be interested in. Please submit your event through our online form, and we'll post the event on our calendar.

How do I find the form I need on the City's Web site?

How do I pay my utility bill, traffic ticket or permit fee online?

Fairfield residents are provided the convenience of paying utility bills online. To pay your Fairfield utility bill online, please visit our "Manage your utility account" page. To begin your payment, you will be asked to enter your utility account number (which can be found on your utility bill).

The City is currently discussing options and processes to extend this service to include additional payment options in the future.

We realize the value this feature provides and are making all efforts to provide this service in the most convenient, economical manner possible.
