[ARCHIVED] America’s Sweethearts: From Broadway to Big Band in Three Part Harmony!

America's Sweethearts perform October 15!

America’s Sweethearts brings their swinging harmony and nostalgic hits to the Fairfield Community Arts Center (FCAC) Friday, October 15 at 8 p.m. In their vibrant, time honored new show, this spectacular trio tackles classic s like “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy,” “Hold Tight Hold Tight,” “Happy Days Are Here Again,” “Lullaby of Broadway,” and “The Shoop Shoop Song (It’s in His Kiss).” AMERICA’S SWEETHEARTS charms audiences of all ages while navigating their way through a variety of trios, duets, and solos … all with a slice of old-fashioned fun!

Enjoy a cabaret setting for the concert with complimentary light hors d’oeuvres and cash bar starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $32 for café seating and $20 for stadium seating. AMERICA’S SWEETHEARTS formed in 2016 and has toured the US extensively, sharing their show with tens of thousands of audience members at performing arts centers, air shows, and museums. Stemming from a wide variety of musical backgrounds, each of the women who comprise AMERICA’S SWEETHEARTS roster are not only well versed in what it means to sing as a group, but they are stunning soloists as well. Individual member credits include appearances as headline guest entertainers on major cruise lines, performances on the Disney Main Stage, solo spots with the Birdland Jazz Band and The Jive Aces, and numerous roles in US National Touring companies Annie, 42nd Street, Hairspray, High School Musical, and the Broadway companies of School of Rock, Grease, and the world-famous Radio City Christmas Spectacular.
