[ARCHIVED] Leslie Besl is new City Councilmember

Leslie Besl has become the City's newest Councilmember, sworn in by Mayor Steve Miller on Monday, Sept. 11, to fulfill the unexpired term in the First Ward that was last held by Bob Myron. Bob passed away in July.
