[ARCHIVED] Police collecting donations for food pantry

ANYONE can be a SOUPER HERO!  Help the Fairfield Police Department and the Fairfield Food Pantry make a difference this holiday season. Drop off food items in the lobby of the Police Department at 5230 Pleasant Avenue starting November 13 and ending November 30.  

When you donate, enter your child into a drawing to be a Cop for A Day.  One boy and one girl will be be selected to spend the day with Fairfield Police Officers (K-9, detectives, crime scene technicians, patrol, and SWAT.)

Food items needed include cereal, fruit, applesauce, corn, green beans, mixed vegetables, beans, soup, canned meals, peanut butter, spaghetti sauce, spaghetti, boxed side dishes, macaroni and cheese, sweet snacks, and salty snacks.
