[ARCHIVED] Brush and Limb Pickup Scheduled

brush

Crews will begin the pickup of brush starting in area 1 (west of Pleasant Avenue) and continuing east through areas 2 and 3 as volume and weather allow. Since there is an unknown volume of brush to be picked up, there will not be a set schedule. Crews are currently working to clear areas along the heavily impacted streets.

Residents are asked to please be patient while this extra pickup gets worked in around the weather and the ongoing leaf pickup program that is in process. It may take some time to cover all areas.

If you have a small amount of brush, you can still bundle it into four foot lengths and place it with your trash. If you have a larger volume of brush, you can still contact Public Works and request a dumpster to be placed in your driveway. This program is available all year.

Crews ask that residents not co-mingle brush and leaves. The machine used for leaves cannot pick up brush. Crews will continue picking up leaves as scheduled.
