[ARCHIVED] Forum on Addiction - Connecting the Community to Hope

The public is invited to the Fairfield Opiate Task Force's "Forum on Addiction - Connecting the Community to Hope" on Wednesday, May 8, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Mercy HealthPlex. Doors will open at 6 p.m.

Admission is free, and refreshments will be served. The address for Mercy HealthPlex is 3050 Mack Road in Fairfield.

Mercy Health Director of Operations for Behavioral Health Services, Dr. Navdeep Kang, will be the keynote speaker. Dr. Kang has worked to build a regional collaborative network to treat addiction and develop a comprehensive continuum of care for patients struggling with opiate addiction.  

Local agencies that support people in recovery from addiction will also be part of this forum. Representatives will be present to share information and answer questions.
