As City Engineer, Nick provides technical expertise and counsel to impacted City departments with respect to site and civil design, traffic, drainage, flood zone management, and other related issues. He is responsible for review and input on engineering decisions required by the City especially in civil design work. He manages the design and construction of public infrastructure including roadways, traffic signals, and storm sewers and is responsible for their continued operation.
Background
A native of Cleveland, Nick graduated from the University of Cincinnati's civil engineering program in 2007. He was hired by the City as a staff engineer later that year and went on to earn his Professional Engineer's license in 2015. Nick has served as the City Engineer since 2020.
