The Fairfield Fire Department is committed to serving the citizens of Fairfield. Highly-trained and motivated fire suppression and emergency medical personnel help assure a safe and secure environment in which to live and work. The Fire Department staff, consisting of 57 career firefighters, the Chief and three Deputy Chiefs, with support from part-time staff members, provide excellent around the clock service from three locations.
