To cease billing, you must agree for your water service to be turned off for a minimum of 2 consecutive months.
Winterization of plumbing inside the home is highly recommended, but will be the decision and responsibility of the homeowner.
A Snowbird Application (PDF) must be completed and submitted to the Utility Billing Office at least one business day prior to the date of requested turn-off. To submit online please Click Here.
To have water turned back on, the resident must contact the Utility Billing Office at least one business day prior to the date of requested turn-on.
No charges are associated with turning the water service off and on for snowbirds.
