Biography

Tim was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He moved to Fairfield, Ohio in 1984 and married Jean Phalen, whose father was the Mayor of Fairfield from 1976 through 1979. Tim & Jeannie have been married for 38 years and have three grown children.

Education

He attended high school at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary outside of Chicago and received a BS from Illinois State University and an MBA in Business Operations from Xavier University.

Professional

After 35 years, Tim retired from GE Aerospace in May 2024. During his tenure at GE, he held the position of Executive, Plant Leader, Facility Operations and Global Environmental, Health & Safety Leader.
