The South Route 4 Urban Paving Program is a repair and resurfacing project along 1.37 miles of Route 4 within Fairfield from the southern corporation limit to Seward Road. The project will extend 2500' into Springdale. The City was also awarded an OPWC grant worth $600,000 to help cover the construction cost of work performed within Fairfield.
